Graduate Programme

Overview
As a new initiative Key Universal has developed their new graduate program, designed to create winners with the right attitude. The program was developed by Alex McMillan and Anish Verma to really get around the Catch22 of graduates with an experience gap. We use unconventional methods that give people a chance to prove them within a professional City of London investment environment. The program was not designed for the light hearted and we advise that this is not a program for everyone.

The vision is to deploy graduates at front end at base level, and then develop them to be elite teams within Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Project Coordinators, Operations, HR etc.

We are looking for ambitious graduates investing in their futures to advise our clients on investing in theirs.  Wise investors think beyond where they are now or how much they will make this month.  They want their future months to be well beyond their competitors. 

When we hire a new graduate, we make their training, personal mentoring and development a priority to ensure their success. 

Recruitment Process
Be aware there is a tough selection process followed by a tough start to ensure we select and develop an elite.

Initially we invite CVs to be sent in with a covering letter saying why we should consider you.  If successful at this stage you will be invited to our Selection Seminar.

The Selection Seminar will run from 11am to 5pm.  This will start with a presentation on the company, our fast growth plans, and the qualities of individual we are recruiting.  Through the day there are various tasks set to assess, communication, presentation, determination, stamina and confidence skills we are seeking.  Successful at each task moves you to the next.  If you are still with us at 4pm you will then get a one to one interview.   At 5pm we will offer the opportunity of a Trainee position to those that meet our criterion.

Our Selection Seminars are gaining a reputation for being thorough, exacting and professional in weeding out those that claim all the right qualities and those that can demonstrate them.  Even those that we reject say that our process is the most professional they have experienced.

The new Trainee will be given substantial training, mentoring and support until you have made your first four investment deals, (which may be with the same client).  This success, demonstrating you have succeeding in your training (1-2 possibly 3 months) means an automatic promotion to Consultant.  

As Consultant you are well on your way to a senior position.  From then on basic, bonuses, and other privileges rise significantly.  We would expect in your first year each quarters earning to be doubled the next quarter until you are in to a six figure income.  You will develop experience, knowledge and a portfolio of clients making each subsequent month easier.
