Can you make a case in front to the group why we must not miss out on having you in are team?

Listening and Responding Skills
Do you listen to what is being said and then use that information.  At the start of the day we will tell you all about us and what we are looking for.  Then we will see if you can use this information when you present to us.

In helping our clients the most important skills is not what you say, it is about how much you listen and find out.

Determination and Action Taker
Have you got stamina, that staying power that keeps you moving towards your goals. 

Confidence
Do you believe in yourself?  We test this by your keenness to arrive and participate in all the tasks of the day. 

Persuasive skills
You might know what makes a good investment but can you present it in a clear and persuasive way that enables clients to make buying decisions.

Obtaining Commitment
One of the main keys is the get the clients committed to you and your project, how is this achieved? We check these points in our seminar.

Decisiveness
We are a fast moving environment where helping people make good decisions for them is key.  We therefore need to be an example in our own lives of being able to make decisions.
