The Candidate must be intelligent and should be able to Communicate and articulate ground breaking concepts with conviction.
The other aspects that need to be demonstrated are :
- Ablility to create and maintain trustful professional relationships with client instantaneously,
- Evidence of an ability to close a deal,
- Excellent telephone skills,
- A good grasp of the world economy,
- Hard working and hungry to succeed,
- A good track record in sales.
In return,we will offer the right candidate a basic (depending on experience) and an £60 000 OTE year 1. - Marketing / Admin Assistance
We have now got a job opening for a marketing / admin assistance to help organise and develop marketing programs for the most exciting investments.
The candidate should have good knowledge in property investments, emerging markets and should be creative in essence of attracting clientele.
Other compulsory skills that candidate should demonstrate: - A high standard written and oral English (as website writing and professional letter writing is required,
- Complete task master,
- Excellent communicator and a good negotiator,
- The ability to organise to a high level and multitask.
- Good understanding of marketing.
