The Remuneration
If your goal is to prove yourself and earn over £30K pa rate after 6 months and over £80,000 before the year is out we are for you. Although once you reach a sustained level we are happy to move you to different areas of the business.

As a Trainee our company policy is simple, it is a ‘boot camp’ with minimal income, (although instant bonuses are available) to get you into shape fast.  New graduates react two ways to that fact.  They focus on the salary and bonus of a Trainee.  Or focus on how quickly they can move on.  So we deliberately make the Trainee package unattractive financially and intense in terms of accelerated learning.  Very quickly your rate of earning, bonuses, privileges, incentives, status will rise and rise again to those that focus on moving fast forward.

Team Contribution
We match people together as best we can to attain the synergy from a team buzzing environment.  As promotions happen fast in our growing business, our people will need to be flexible and adaptable to new team members.

Discipline
Our working hours are unusual as Monday to Friday 1015 to 7pm.  We need discipline in it thought.  If you want the occasional ‘duvet day’ call in as ‘sickie’ you wont like us. 

Determination
Any role in business, especially a sale or performance orientated one is about keeping going, whatever it takes and whatever obstacle have to be surmounted. 

Honesty and Integrity
The success of Key Universal is to create real value for our clients and the basis for this is via honesty and integrity to the extent that we would advise against our projects if felt that the client was not ready for it.

Your position in essence is to find the clients needs and advise them on the basis of their requirement their best way forward relative to our current projects.  If this means advising them to do something else then that is what we advise.  Not surprisingly with a long term view this actually produces more business.   As we research and invest ourselves in all of our projects, we are not agents or brokers making sales pitches on something we have not bought into ourselves.

Career Path
All Investment Executive at Key Universal start as Trainee Investment Advisers.   There are five automatic promotions (explained in the Selection Seminar) from the Trainee position.  This automatic promotion is part of our philosophy of people taking control of their own destiny.  As soon as Consultant is achieved, (one month and unlikely to be more than three) earnings increase quickly in many ways.

This is the only route in our organisation through to management positions such as HR Manager, Trainer, Public Relation Executive, Project Manager etc.  We believe that exposure to projects and clients is a key quality standard.

When you reach Executive you can continue to build a portfolio of investors.  After all in this grade your income would certainly be over £100K.  You would also receive a range of bonuses and privileges.

Consultants and above attend various events, seminars, exhibitions etc.

Senior Consultants will be flown to each new project.

Bonuses

Our bonuses are uncapped.  A large percentage of our profits are redistributed to staff on a monthly basis.  This is an opportunity for graduates whilst still in their early twenties to earn a substantial income and set themselves up for life with their own investment portfolio.
