3 Alert our clients
Once we have made the decision to become involved in a project, we offer all our clients the option to join a pre-launch,
Preferred Investors list. A preferred investor has access to all information as soon as it becomes available, allowing informed decisions to be made before the development reaches the open market.
4 Scrutinise the construction
Key Universal’s commitment to a project is ongoing. We maintain a tight focus on every aspect of the development, from initial surveys to final construction, to ensure standards are met and investment returns are maximised.
5 Optimise the investment
Using our experience and financial know-how we are able to structure investment packages that will optimise capital growth and rental income. Our fee for the entire service is only 1-3% depending on the complexity of the investment. And, with a self-imposed limit of three live projects at any one time, you can rest assured that your investment always receives our full attention.
